Vertical (stem horizontal) clamping system.
Clamping on the inlet flange, both flanges and (proportional clamping).

With no or limited linear force on the valve body.
Test pressure range: from vacuum up to 200 bars / 2,900 PSI. Gas test.
Test pressure range: from vacuum up to 600 bars / 9,280 PSI. Liquid test.
Test medium: Liquid, compressed air.

Test bay is a part of 40ft container which capable to carry out hydrostatic test operation up to 45,000 psi remotely and totally separated (from the Operator Room) in safely manner.
Pressure Test Container is certified as Blast proof and Impact proof in the event of incident during carrying out hydrostatic test at 45,000 psi.
Pressure Test Container overall design is satisfy corresponding International.
